Mountain Yoga

Mountain Yoga

Mountain Yoga is a combination of Pranayam, Asana, Dhyana which we offer our clients to practice open in the nature.

Pranayam is the breathing exercise which should be done in the abundance of pure oxygen ( pure air ) which we find  while we are Hiking Hills. Surya Namaskar is a complete exercise but for specific body parts we offer Asana as well. In the end one goes for Dhyana mudra and practice to go in to meditational stage.

Our certified Yoga teacher Shri Virender Thakur has been bestowed as “YOGA SIROMANI” in the year 2002 for commendable training and praiseworthy services rendered in the field of ‘RAJA YOGA’ by the yoga institute in New Delhi. He has excelled in the yoga techniques mentioned by Dr B K S Iyengar in the book called ‘Light on Yoga’
