Mountain Yoga is a combination of Pranayam, Asana, Dhyana which we offer our clients to practice open in the nature.
Pranayam is the breathing exercise which should be done in the abundance of pure oxygen ( pure air ) which we find while we are Hiking Hills. Surya Namaskar is a complete exercise but for specific body parts we offer Asana as well. In the end one goes for Dhyana mudra and practice to go in to meditational stage.
